TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of the Ljubljana Urban Apartments website are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT), as well as international e-commerce codes.

The website is intended for the presentation and reservation of apartment accommodation to end users, i.e., natural persons and legal entities.

The General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the website, the rights and obligations of the user and the Seller, and regulate the business relationship between the Seller and the buyer.

The buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the reservation (placing an online order). The user is reminded explicitly of the General Terms and Conditions each time they make a reservation and confirms their awareness of them by making a reservation.

ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION
The Seller undertakes to provide the following information to the buyer before the buyer is bound by the contract or the offer:

  • information about the Seller,
  • contact details enabling the user quick and efficient communication (email, telephone),
  • essential features of the apartment (including after-sales services and guarantees, if applicable),
  • apartment availability,
  • conditions of use,
  • prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously set and show if they
  • include taxes, charges, and other levies,
  • payment method,
  • offer validity.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Seller undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004) and the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 43/2004). All data obtained from the website will be used exclusively to send information material, offers, invoices, and other necessary communication between the Seller and the buyer.

Ljubljana Urban Apartments will store the following data indefinitely: guest name and surname, email address, telephone number, address, and reservation date.

The buyer is also responsible for protecting their personal data by ensuring the security of their email address, username, and password and using appropriate software (anti-virus) protection on their computer.

BOOKINGS
On the website, the buyer selects the accommodation and the duration of the reservation. The accommodation has its price, which is the price per night, and includes the lease of the accommodation for the specified period. To this price is added the tourist tax, which depends on the municipality’s or administrative unit’s regulations, and the final cleaning. Together, these items make up the final price.

The purchase contract between the Seller and the buyer is concluded on the website when the buyer completes the booking process and receives the booking confirmation by email. From then on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Seller and the buyer. The buyer shall be deemed to be the person whose details were stated at the time of the reservation.

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.

PRICES
Prices are per accommodation and are expressed in EUR/night.
Prices are valid at the time of booking.

Ljubljana Urban Apartments will endeavor to keep the information up-to-date and accurate. However, the price shown may be incorrect. In this case, or if the price changes during the reservation processing, the buyer will be allowed to withdraw from the purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS
The buyer can pay in the following ways:

  • by bank transfer
  •  by card

INVOICING
The Seller sends an invoice to the buyer’s email address in .pdf format after the confirmation of the reservation.
The buyer must verify the information’s accuracy before submitting the reservation. Later complaints regarding the correctness of the invoice will not be accepted.

RESERVATION NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE
1. Booking confirmation
After completing the booking form and confirming it, you will receive your booking confirmation by email. The confirmation will contain all the essential details of the reservation (dates, number of persons, etc.) The guest must check the confirmation and inform the property in case of any errors.

2. Entering guest details
You will receive an email regarding guest details. You will be redirected to an online portal where you can fill in the required guest information.

COMMUNICATION
Ljubljana Urban Apartments will contact the customer using distance communication only if the user does not expressly object to this and in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The advertising emails will contain the following components:

  • they will be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising messages,
  • the sender will be clearly identifiable,
  • various campaigns, promotions, and other marketing techniques will be identified as such. The conditions for participation will also be clearly defined,
  • the means of unsubscribing from advertising messages will be clearly presented,
  • Ljubljana Urban Apartments will explicitly respect the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ljubljana Urban Apartments makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. However, properties, terms, or prices may change so quickly that the Seller cannot correct the information. In such a case, Ljubljana Urban Apartments will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to cancel the contract or change the dates.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Ljubljana Urban Apartments complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to ensure an effective complaints handling system.

FINAL TERMS
The General Terms and Conditions of the www.ljubljana-apartments.si website come into force on 24.11.2023.
In the event of any changes to the General Terms and Conditions, Ljubljana Urban Apartments is obliged to inform the guests in due time.
